Many users have been waiting for this day as Lenovo is planning a product launch event. At the conference, the company should have revealed the Motorola X30 Pro and Razr 2022. However, the company’s general manager announced that they unexpectedly canceled the launch.
About Motorola, Razr 2022 and X30 Pro
Unfortunately, Motorola canceled the event a few hours before its official launch. This information was first shared by Chen Jin, general manager of Lenovo Mobile. (Lenovo bought Motorola’s mobile division from Google in 2014)
Jin’s announcement is brief and does not reveal details as to why the event was canceled at the last minute. There is also no talk of a possible rescheduling. Jin thanked for the public attention and support for Motorola’s upcoming devices and invited users to watch Moto’s official information platform for more updates.
Android Authority estimates the cancellation comes after increasing geopolitical tensions and is exacerbated by US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s plans to visit Taiwan. This also means that users should wait longer for the Motorola X30 Pro, which is expected to launch alongside the Razr 2022.
